Thank you so much for reminding me of the Happy Hooligan website - have just been on there for 10 mins and have sorted out most of my Xmas craft plan - Sandpaper gingerbread men, toilet roll reindeer tree decorations & tinfoil Xmas trees - off to raid DIY shop wallpaper samples now, and get sandpaper and pipe cleaners - think we have everything else - sorted!!

Just got back from DIY store with HUGE bag of wallpaper samples - the little boy I took was horrified when he saw me ripping the rolls (I had to explain you are allowed as long as you don't open a new roll), got brown textured paper for reindeer, red for Santas for little ones who find it too hard to colour or paint very much and gold for stars - and got medium grade sandpaper for the gingerbread men. Children really liked looking at all the Xmas decorations and trees and we managed to get out of the house on such a grotty day.

Managed to buy some cheap mugs for Xmas presents too, result - I have now started my Xmas shopping!!
