    Default Overnight Care?

What sort of facilities do you need to have to provide overnight care? I have a spare bedroom which I use for tumble dryer/airer and also my desk and printer, it's small but in the garage I have my daughters old toddler bed. which doesn't take up too much space. What else is there to consider if you want to provide overnight care? Although I didn't put it on my application that I want to provide overnight care can I add it on afterwards?

    Any help/advice appreciated.

You need to risk assess the room / space ... consider fire regulations... think about health and safety - all the things you during the day but for overnight care.

Children must be in your sight and / or hearing at all times but this can be via a monitor.

Requirement 3.76 says that you must contact Ofsted to inform them if you intend to provide overnight care.
