ofsted briefing tonight :(

im booked onto a ofsted briefing tonight and after speaking to others who have been on it im really not looking forward to it

apparently the tutor just reads from the notes given to them from ofsted and if we have questions we have to contact ofsted

why not just post the notes to everyone then we wouldent have to go

gonna be a long 2 hours

And i bet you get that person along who goes on and on and insists on telling all about her own mindees and asking questions relevant only to them.

That person sure does get around to alot of meetings

The one I went to was very boring and repetitive, and they spent ages telling us how the registration process has changed despite the fact we were all long-standing minders or nursery staff!

And yes it was all read from the Ofsted paperwork so could have been sent to us and saved a lot of time and money! The instructors weren't very well versed in the new EYFS either so weren't much help!
