how do you all go about having evidence to show ofsted you have contact with the school of children of school age ?

We keep copies of newsletters etc. Other than that not a lot. Once the children start attending school you tend to have lack of communication with teachers. We are well known by the head teacher though and she is always out greeting the children and adults in the morning. Unfortunatly the only way we could prove that to Ofsted is if they actually came on a school drop off with us which is highly unlikely as they dont seem to start work until after 9am
