Had my 1st inspection today

And it could not have gone better if I had wished for it! I won't get graded as it's my first inspection but inspector said she would grade me as excellent. She said I have gone above and beyond and the service I provide is extremely impressive. She just kept shaking her head and saying, 'well, this is just excellent, it really is'...

So pleased that ny hard work is paying off - I just had to share with some adults. I don't think my mindees understood my excitment.

Thanks all. I'm sure being a teacher (last day of work as teacher was in July) has helped with my organisation, paperwork and relationships with parents. I can't say there's a way really - I've always worked with children and working with children is the job for me. Enjoying what you do helps.

I'm looking forward to seeing my report.
