themes unique child etc help please

hi im in the process of updating my ofsted file and need a little help please i had it all in order under the themes ie be healthy a unique child. well ive been looking in new framework bk and found it just says unique child positive relationship enabling enviroment and ?children develop and learn is that it?? and where can i find what they are as not much info in bk thanks
