    hi,
    please can you guys give me some help and advise regarding this please. i have been asked by a parent if she could increase her hours for her son which would mean i would go over my numbers by 1 for 2 hrs. so i would have 4 under 5. i know that by the old way i would get the variation for this but what and how do i go about it now?? do i still need to ring ofsted or not??
    any help would be great.

    You should not have a problem with this as it is a current customer and I am sure you know all the children well enough to cope.
