Default driving school runs and letting people down

do thouse of you that drive the school runs ever have any problems with this? I have been approached by a family to do a school run for a school that is about 1 mile awy by foot or 1.5miles by car, walkable but would probably choose to drive some days if the weather is bad,
I just dont know wether to do it or not but they are a family of 4 2 at school and 2 full timers so too good to turn away I suppose
my other problem is I will have to turn my part timer away,, they started of full time then went part time and for the last year have messed me about regarding hours and promising they will go back full time but havent and finacially I am now stuggling but I feel mean turning them away as they have been with me for 3 years, moraly its wrong but bhisness wise I cant afford to turn 4 children away,, would you do this?

It sounds good. The only concern I would have is having so much from one family. It is a lot to loose all at once.
