    Default requirements of the revised early years register.

    looked on ofsted web page to see what i require to have in order polices, ect requirements needed for 1st september2012 but can only find june 2011. If i need parental responsibility still to be signed by parents in september

    The revised EYFS is on the www.foundationyears.org.uk website.

    Yes you need to record PR - but the legal contact requirement has disappeared from the list.

    For more information see requirement 3.71 -

    Providers must record the following information for each child in their care: full name; date of birth; name and address of every parent and/or carer who is known to the provider (and information about any other person who has parental responsibility for the child); which parent(s) and/or carer(s) the child normally lives with; and emergency contact details for parents and/or carers.
