Do any of you have a sharing information policy .......

I am working together with a friend of mine who is a childminder.

I have C on a Mon and Fri and Jenny has him on a Tues, Wed, Thurs.

We want to work together fully on his planning etc, but we obviously need to put in place a sharing information policy that his parents and we will sign.

What do we need to put into it to make sure we fully cover everything?

Does anyone have one?

What else would we need to get in writing etc from the parents or each other? Any advice would be great!

I have sharing information info that I give to parents to let them know what we do and don't share eg medical info to keep the child healthy, allergy info to keep the child safe, learning and development info to ensure we are meeting the child's needs etc.

I have 2 different sections to my permissions - 1 to give permission for outings, photos etc... and another asking parents to confirm I have informed them about eg no smacking, no smoking, how info is shared etc.

Mine just says I give permission for blue near and anywhere nursery to share any relevant information regarding my child x.

Don't have a policy.
