    Default Very small play pen?

Can anyone recommend a really small play pen and that can fold up and be put away easily each evening!? I know - it's a big ask!

I need something for when I put one little one to bed to keep another little one in safely downstairs if you see what I mean!

I put him in a buggy in the lounge today and he was perfectly happy but I didn't like doing that for some reason! Does anyone else do that? I was only gone 2 or 3 mins. Plus a play pen would be handy for answering the door and dashing in kitchen etc too!

How little is little? Would a high chair not help or a baby bouncer chair instead of having a travel cot?

I think she's too big/old for a baby bouncer and the highchair is in the kitchen which is a bit isolated I think.

Do you think the buggy is okay? I would need a pretty small play pen or maybe one that could be quite open if it wasn't closed - oh God! I'm not making any sense am I! I know what I mean but it's coming out nonsense! It's my age!

I had one of those baby Dan play pens which had a door that opened wide and I left it up constantly but it wasnt particularly small but was useful as it folded down to the size of a stairgate but with more depth if you know what I mean. It was also really useful to take out into the garden to pop the lo's in when necessary. I got it off ebay and it wasnt very expensive.

Hiya, I use a Travel cot when I have my nephew, It founds up as small (prob about the same size as an upright hoover) and it's great as you can take it anywhere, Garden, Someone elses house and as they grow they are still safe in it and best bit is if you have a garage or shed and have the travel cot bag with it (most come with bag) then it can go away when your not minding.

Perhaps you could get one on Ebay?

Thanks Kelsbells but I think the Baby Dan play pen sounds more like what I might be after. I always think travel cots are a bit too enclosed - it's probably just my personal thing - I like to be a bit more free! Ha ha!

I'll take a look on Ebay and then put a wanted on Freecycle! Ha ha!

    Thank you!!!!

Hi I have a small round playpen (tomy) I bought it at a car boots sale for £10 its diamiter is 31" and it folds in half and pops into a bag

If you havent much room then a buggy is safe enough.

Lorri if your going to get a play pen then i can really reccommend a ebay seller. I got mine from them. Its wooden & you can keep adding extra panels if you want to make it bigger. It can also be used as a room divider or fireguard.

I managed to get mine but paid in euros & it worked out at £19 inc postage. Let me know if your interested & i'll see if i can find the seller.

    ok here goes,

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Deluxe-BAMBINO...QQcmdZViewItem

OMG i have no idea if that link will work

This is the one i got. Its 4 sides that i have put together as a square

But i did use it 3 sided as a fireguard for my inspection. Don't know how i managed to get bidding in euros but do remember that it was loads cheaper to get on the site that way.

I have one of those...they are good, but word of warning...put corner protecters on the square feet! I prefer my babydan (x2...linked together)...but obviouly works out to be much more expensive!
