Over night care over 8??

I am registered for 1 for over night care, does the number also apply to over 8's or can I have more than 1 with them being over 8.

I just had an enquiry from a mum who works in a nursing home for her 2 girls - 9 and 11 one night per week. Would love to help her out, but not sure if my one over night applies to over 8's too.

Ring ofsted and check, it's a bit of a grey area me thinks.

Yes think i will call monday, have been trying to find out online all day , but nothing, what i have read really did not make sense to me, so will definitley call monday
