Name of child on form

Hi everyone

Are we to put the name of the minded child on the SEF form, I have just been putting minded child as I only mind 1child at the moment, but would rather say their first name so no confusion when I update other chioldren in future...

I don't know the real answer ( ) but gut instinct would suggest maybe initial rather than name?

Yes think i'd feel more comfortable using just an initial rather than full name....

The SEF is about you and your practice.

There shouldn't be a need to name a child.

If you did feel you wanted to refer to one, I would suggest you use either 'Child A' or an indication of age eg. baby, toddler, pre-school child.
