Default Self Evaluation with over 8's

    Afternoon,

I have had my phonecall! I currently have only 8's and older. Just wanted to ask if sef is still required and looked at in this situation, I'm assuming it is and I have been updating but to be honest I havn't done as much as I should have over the last year. I'm now panicking to updated my sef and have it ready for the visit.

    Help! !

A written SEF is not a requirement at all for any age group. You need to be able to talk about how you reflect on your practice, improvements you've made or that you plan, and how they impact on the children etc.
    Good luck with your inspection!
