Could anyone take a look at my SEF please?

Hi, I have my first graded inspection this week and have just finished writing my SEF.
I have done my own version on word so the headings are slightly different to Ofsted.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to take a look at it and see if I have done it right?
I'm really unsure if what I have wrote is just waffling and not self evaluating!
And please feel free to be as harsh as is needed!

They didn't come today! She did say it would 'probably' be this week, but looks like it will now be next Thursday or Friday
