Got a security token but no access!

I've just been registered last week.. Got on to 'enrol for sef' but it says I don't have access. Am I looking at the wrong thing here? I've got a security token.

I can't even get the online application thing to launch, sorry no help at all best give ofsted a ring.

That happened to me a while back. Turns out they were missing some information so it hadn't activated properly.

Ring them and they will happily sort it for you

I had to log on several times before mine worked. In the end I called and she told me to log on again and it was already there, even though it said I had no access.

Still getting service access denied. Called ofsted and their answer was 'oh it should work' and after me saying a few times 'well it doesn't' their reply was 'oh it should' lol Needless to say I have come away frustrated with it before I have even begun!

mine isnt working either, and every time i ring i get the same answer too...' it should be working....'
not sure what to do?!

I still can't get in so I have saved a copy which I will print out for the inspector. You can get it from free resources above on this site.

Have you tried going on through the government gateway?
The security number they sent my son didn't work either, but if you go on government gateway site and register with them you can access sef online at way.
