Only just joined so hope this is ok!!!
I had the call on friday for my first inspection.. i have been battleing through my Sef for couple of weeks but im stuck on section 5. The leadership and management
Anybody help? :/ i have my inspection in the next 3 weeksthanks xx

the notes from my training say that section 5 is about how you lead and manage. so you need to talk about what you do and things like your policies procedures etc
