    Hi Gail

You need to go to the Government Gateway Government Gateway - Home

You need your ID number which has 12 digits and password. If you don't know it I guess you can get it by entering an email address?

    Hope that helps

Thanks Rick, I tried the lost user name and it asks for an email address, password and date of birth. well email address and DOB i know, strangely lol but i have tried 2 different passwords and it doesnt like either. How many digits is the password? is it minimum 6?

Oh it also asks for the security token which I have in front of me, but still cant get in, doh

Not sure on minimum digits. With the security token and the other info you should be able to get your ID by email (you would have thought!)
