SEF - brain hurting! RA...

I am trying to finish of my SEF & have some things that I want to include but not sure where to put them!

Where should I include details of how I do risk assessments, keep children safe? Should it be in details of the setting?

Also how I deal with diversity/inclusion and training I do?

Sorry if the answer is obvious - I have been looking at this form for too long!! and ofsted coming this week - busy busy!

Sorry cant remember the new one, but didn't want to read and run. I'm sure as long as its added it will be fine and you can always go in and amend at some point if you decide it's in the wrong place.

Hi, I used one of Sarah's helpful guides and having done a search for the things you mention, they all seem to come under Section 5-Effectiveness of Leadership & Management.

The revised SEF has 2 PARTS and 6 SECTIONS where you input specific things...
best thing is to print the SEF Form Guidance (it is only 3 pages) which tells you exactly what you need to write in each section (some does not apply to cms anyway) so that you do not repeat yourself and find the SEF too time consuming

Ofsted have revised it precisely because the previous version was very repetitive

I used it by providing the info required then ticking it off on the guidance to make sure I covered what was requested
