what heading does training go under

Im just going through my SEF and I'm not sure what section to include details of new training I' m doing this year.Can anyone give some advice please

Are you using the Ofsted SEF? I'd put it in Section 5: The leadership and management of the early years provision. Either mention it in the Evaluation section, or if a particular training is more important to you, put it under Section 5s Your priorities for improvement.
I mentioned a safeguarding seminar I've got in March in my evaluation and my intention of becoming a Network childminder and doing the quality assurance scheme after my inspection under priorities for improvement.

Thanks for the replies. I did think I should put it under leadership and management. Lots of my sef entries have been moved to other sections.They have notes on saying they have moved this text from ..... to ...... Found it a bit confusing to be honest. Think I might go back over it and more or less update the whole thing!
