SEF prior to new EYFS 2012

Hi ladies
I am looking for a copy of the SEF that was in place in December 2011 (so probably the one prior to the most recent update). Does anyone have a copy? I've found one online dated June 2008 but I'm pretty sure that's not the one I used

There have only been 2 Ofsted SEFs - the first in 2008 and the second in 2012 - I think!

Why do you need the old one?? Your info will have been moved around in the Ofsted system so the answers will be in the right sections...

I didn't complete it on the Ofsted site. I typed up my responses then printed the SEF out and stuck them on (I found it quicker to type rather than write, and didn't have long enough to submit it for the inspector to see it before my inspection, hence doing it this way). Anyway, she took the copy with her and I didn't make another one for myself to keep.
I still have my answers, and printed a SEF I found online marked June 2008, but I don't think it's the right one. I need the latest one before October 2012 version, just for my records.

I am sure there have only ever been 2 - the 2008 version and the new 2012.

if you look in free resources at the top of the forum I have written some advice about what to put in each answer section which you might find useful
