SEF and Windows 8

I cant access the online SEF through windows 8! DH bought me a new laptop with windows 8, I'm really not that intellectual when it comes to things like computers, but I managed to find the internet button but when I go to the online Ofsted web address and I get the login page come up, it wont let me actually hit login. (Are you all still with me???) I think once you hit the login button a pop up comes up where you type in your details but i'm not getting this!

I've emailed Ofsted and they've given me instructions on how to login... I know how to login as I was perfectly able to update my online SEF once a month using my old laptop. But on this new one it wont work Anyone any ideas???
