Brand new to the site, so from what you say, 3 more posts before I can access all the great information on here... But do most people have their SEF complete before their first inspection? If so will get on with it ASAP.

It is a good idea to do some kind of self evaluation - if not the SEF then something to show you have been thinking about your provision and improving as you go along

It is good practice to keep up with your self evaluation - either the Ofsted SEF or your own way of doing things
