    Default Disclosures

I have just handed in my id, had my Pvg and husbands disclosure back, i forgot b4 i met him he got points and a fine for driving without insurance and a bald tyre , which has now shown up on his disclosure, . Will his stupidness effect me from registering as a childminder because he has this on his disclosure even though it happened 10 years ago (2001) cant get through to SCSWIS Because everywhere is now closed for the xmas break, but i am really worried now
Anybody else had points for similar and been ok

My MIL is a childminder and my FIL has had shall we say "colourful" past and she still got registered. I think it is more to do with child safety, not stupidity. lol

No point worrying over the holidays! Give them a call after Christmas but tbh I wouldn't think it would be an issue
