    Default Risk assessments & Planning

Since registering I've never had support or known how to properly risk asses
Just wondering if anyone can talk me through it
How I need to lay it out on paper
    Eg the garden
    Hose lying out
Make sure hose is stored away properly

Would this kinda be the lay out.

Also do you plan what you do, goes out?
I would like to do more crafts but not sure what to include.

    Hi Hun,

I'm in pre-reg stage at the min, but I was given risk assessment templates in my training.

If you PM me your email address I'll send it across xx

I would include on a risk assessment:

    1. The hazard - eg tripping risk if hose left out
    2. Who is could cause injury to - eg a child could trip or minder carrying a child
    3. What are you going to do about it? - you will ensure hose left in shed on minding days
    4. Any ongoing things that need to be don: continue with preventative measures and check each morning it is away
