    help please! could anyone tell me where do I have to start /what do I have to do to become registered childminder in Scotland? thanks a lot!

    Hi there I'm In Scotland. If you phone care inspectorate they will send out a registration pack. In it there will be a list of all the policies they require. You will have to get an enhanced disclosure done and anyone in your house over the age of 16 will need to be checked as well. It's a good idea to start writing out you risk assessments of your property( any of the rooms used for Childminding) also risk assess any outings going in the car and your outdoor play area. You can also apply online if that's easier. Hope this helps
