    Ofsted no longer grant variation - you have to decide for yourself following the stat requirements if you meet the criteria for increasing ratio and then risk assess to see if you can meet all the children's needs.

    Sorry just read your other post - will be different in Scotland - I would change the title of your thread to 'variations in Scotland' to attract attention from someone in Scotland
