    We only rent privately at the minute, so in the next year (hopefully) we will buy a house. Does anyone know how long this takes so i could work in new house? I have inspection mon so will ask but just curious xx

    Good luck! D you mean how long the buying process takes? anything Between 4 weeks and 9 months generally! Or with ofsted? I moved in and worked the next day ( silly silly me lol) ofsted haven't been to this or my last home. They just said risk assess it.

    It can take a few weeks to get inspector out to check your house. It will all depend on them and how busy they are though I guess.
