This is a document you can print and use for your CPD.

It lists the main changes to the Eyfs 2014 and contains information about the SEND Code of Practice -

Are you ready for EYFS and CR 2014.pdf

The Eyfs 2014, the revised Childcare Register 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice are law from 1st Sept 2014.

I hope you find it useful

Thank you Sarah, as ever, I am in awe of your generosity in sharing your information and the time you dedicate to childminding. You are a true ambassador in childminding and a great inspiration.
My Monday work is to double check all this info, but you and others have kept us so abreast of all the changes I am sure I am sorted.
My LA has not mentioned SEND - I have written my offer, but I wonder if I will ever be asked for it?
I still advise around SEN in schools in my other role ( which I now don't like as much as my childminding days) and your Early Years summary and heads up to the changes has helped me get ahead of the game - thank you.
