    Default individual child RA

I am thinking of doing individual child risk assessments for each new child that starts from now as I have a crawling baby starting and my generic RA for park, school run etc do not factor the mix of baby and the other ages. A - is there a good template anywhere? B - I should be getting an inspection before the new changes come into play but will this extra work make any difference to my overall judgement? I may start yet another lot of forms only to find it is not neccessary come Sept.

It's not necessary for Ofsted... but it can be very useful for self reflection and making sure you consider each child's individual needs.

Word it positively - these are the steps I take to ensure xx is safe while in my care considering his likes, dislikes, individual needs etc.
