Default Risk assesments - do they need to be signed?

    Hi
Ive just done all my risk assessments pending a visit from Ofsted next week. Do they need to be signed and dated and if so how often?
    Thanks

    They must have -

Name of person who wrote RA -

    Date of writing -

RA - hazard / risk / control (how you stop it happening)

    Review date -

I always sign mine but it doesn't say you must in the EYFS.

I have been told by my NCMA coordinator that each and every RA has to be signed
