how am i ment to do a risk assessment? any help would be amazing x

hi im still in pre reg and really need to get a move on and start my risk assessments, the problem is i just cant make one that makes sense i just cant get them started i need some sort of template for the house and one for outings ect i keep making this very confusing and im just about ready to scream.... would anyone be willing to help me or share there blank RA's as i dont no what else to do?
