New assistant starts today!!!!

OMG I am sooooo nervous, new assistant starts today! Am worried that she wont like it here, what if I do something wrong (she has worked in a large nursery for the past three years)! Is my paperwork sufficient, the list goes on and on and on.
Just want to crawl back into bed and pretend today has finished

Good luck, I'm sure you will be fine. It will be good to have another adult to discuss your ideas, thoughts and concerns with!

I bet she is more nervous than you are!! Keep thinking "I am the boss"

and if she has good ideas or suggestions take them on board! It all makes for a good working relationship!

Thanks guys, all was ok, the lo's took to her really well and it was great to have someone else push the twin buggy (did feel guilty about that though!) Sent her home a bit early so that she could plan two activites for us tomorrow.
