    Default assistant interviews

Hi i'm in the process of looking for a new assistant have had a few contact me 2 by e-mail and 1 by phone. The 1 by phone caught me of guard as i had just walked in from school run. They are coming tommorrow for an interview/ informal chat have asked them to bring a cv with them.

The thing i'm stuck on is how do i go through the interview process, what do i need to ask them, she seemed very eager and pushy saying that she was willing to do a voluntary days work if i wanted her to even though i hadn't mentioned anything.

Any way some advice about interviewing would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

I could do with a list of possible questions for interviewing assistants - does anyone have one? The link seems to be broken to the document on this thread...

    Thanks in advance

    xx
