What is the point of my hubby?!

Lots of possible answers there lol but i'm talking about childminding!
Since sept 05 dh has been registered and on my certificate, he is crb checked, first aid trained but not paediatric.. food and hygiene, health and safety etc prob more than me!! Anyway i have used him very very rarely to collect from school and that's it or sit in the car for 5 mins if baby asleep. Recently i have needed him for the thursday school run and have had to sort that.. I am now wondering with the changes brought in what he is on there for? will he be completely removed once i have my inspection next week? if so what would make him my assistant legally?

Ag great! what i meant was people are still getting assistants on here so what are they doing that we aren't so he can then stay my assistant..are the rest of you actually registering ppl as proper childminders?

I think this is one for Ofsted tbh.

Only they know what's going to be happening when the rules change... or maybe not
