Default How to fill EY2 on the website?

Hi everyone. my question is how should we fill the EY2 form. It is on the OFSTED site. Should my assistant fill it through my login or her? Or should I fill it by myself through my account?

Your assistant needs to open their own Government gateway account - then complete the EY2 form to inform Ofsted they are working with you. They will need a DBS check first and you cannot leave them unsupervised with children until you receive a 'suitability letter' from Ofsted.

    I hope that helps
