    Default Employing an assistant

I have found my first assistant. She has done her first aid and dbs has been sent off. How do I pay her? Do I have to get pay slips? Do I pay direct from my account? How do I pay her NI etc? I am paying her £108 a week for 15 hours so I am not required to register as a employer.
