    Default **NEW** Staff behaviour policy

It is a requirement of the new document 'Inspecting Safeguarding in Early Years' to have a Staff Behaviour Policy.

    Staff Behaviour Policy

I have written some guidance which you might find useful - thank you to my colleague Rebecca for proofing it for me and making useful suggestions.

If you have any questions please ask!

Sarah - thank you, very useful!

I'm assuming if I don't have staff then I don't need a "Staff behaviour policy" but would need to show awareness of the changes if questioned by Ofsted?
