Default Anything else they should know?

    Hi there,
I wonder if someone can tell me if my asisatants need to know more policy and procedure information.
They are aware of my whistleblowing, safe guarding children and allegation made against me or my assistant procedures but should they be aware of the other 35!
the ones mention are up on display.

    Thanks in advance xx

The statutory policies are safeguarding and complaints - they should know their way around those!

Your induction training - which is specified in the Eyfs - will cover health and safety and other bits and bobs ... then just keep going with ongoing training
