Hi there,
Does anyone have any advice to give on appriasials- is there a template prehaps?
Think I should be carrying them out on my assistants(sister and neice) but not sure what to do)

there is no longer a requirement in the revised eyfs 2014 to do annual appraisals.
it is still good practice to have regular meetings to check everyone is happy and to ensure CPD is being followed up ... but no formal appraisals required
