    Default Help please

Just a question on regarding if my sister needs to be registered as my assistant. A friend of mine has asked me if I can have her two children after school but the thing is they don't go to the same school as my children. The children go to the same school as my sisters. Could my sister bring them to me she has first aid and safe guarding for children. Thanks in advance x

If you are responsible for the children whilst she brings them from school then yes she does, she needs first aid and suitability from Ofsted.

For the meantime and just to safeguard you, could your sister arrange this collection and drop off with the parent and not you and the parent? This way she is under the 2 hour rule and all is dandy. I'm sure you could jiggle it.

Just until her paperwork is sorted out, of course. I'm still smarting from another thread about an 11 year old being legally able to collect a younger child. Its the legality that smarts with me not the issue.
