Question Can I have an apprenticeship??

Hi guys, I am awaiting my Ofsted registration visit to be a childminder and wandering if once I am registered, can I have an apprenticeship? My sister is applying for an apprenticeship in child care and I was wandering if she could come to me?

    Thanks for any info

Yes you can take on a apprentice, I did just that last summer. There are lots of options, local college or distance learning with assessor visits.

Check this link, you should be eligible for an employer grant, I got this and it's £1500 to help towards the cost of employing someone.
