    Default Assistants!!

    Sorry I only recently posted asking what qualifications my assistants needed to have other then child protection and first aid (food hygiene was also suggested)
    but I have been told this evening that they also need their level 3 is this correct??

    Childminders don't have to have a level 3 so I can't see why an assistant has to. Where did you get this from?

    I thought all childminders had to have their level 3 by 2015? or do the new qualification EYE along with maths and english GCSE if you don't already have them
