As my husband already had all the social services and police checks done when I applied to be a childminder is it a quicker and easier process to register him as my assistant instead of starting from scratch with somebody else?

They processed my oh's really quickly as the checks they currently do on adults in the same home as a cm is the same as for an assistant. Hth
