    Default Assistant or co-minder

What do you all do and how does it work. Would like a pros and cons of

    Assistant or co minder

Two sets of my parents are considering second children and I'm considering another of my own and looking at ways that I could keep them all on. It would bring my total to 6 under 5 including my own. Three could be under one (including one of own) is this possible even with an assistant. I believe you can have two under ones when one is your own??

Co-minder is probably easier from a mentoring and supervision angle... but assistant is quicker to set up unless you go with someone who is already a childminder ... but then they would probably come complete with children and that would raise problems with planning permission and floor space requirements ...

Hope this helps you to think about some of the angles involved

If I have an assistant how do I go about it. I become an employer so what do I do?
