    Default letter to parents

Hi all could anyone help me with composing a letter to parents to inform them that we are taking on an assistant (our daughter) to just help with school runs and some daily activities. She has her suitability letter from Ofsted and all her certificates in place. I just don't know how to word it and what I need to inform them of etc also do I need a permission slip at the bottom thank you xx

I added a paragraph to my newsletter mostly talking about roles and responsibilities and then added a new permission to my form and asked parents to sign and date
