    Ive been offered a job as a childminder ( already one working from my home) this job is to work from the other childminders house with her 2 assistants. What do we have to do so its above board with ofsted? Do i have to call them to change address on my certificate? Or is there something else we need to do??? Basically ill work for them and be paid a standard monthly wage xxx

    If you are being a wage then you must be employed by the childminder. If this is the case then you are one of her assistants I think and if that is the case you don't need to do anything.

    We need it to work so im a childminder at her home so she doesnt have to work much as she is trying to go into the advertising side x

    I know the rules change when more than three childminders/assistants work together and it stops being childminding and becomes childcare on domestic premises. Just a thought but might be worth checking it out before you committ to anything ?

    Is that a childminder and 3 assistants or more? Or 3 people in total??

    I am a childminder and taking on two apprentices in Sept....

    It is childcare on domestic x i have 3 assistants x
