    Default co-minding help

Im due my 3rd baby in June and am planning on being back at work in Sept. I was toying with the idea of getting in an extra pair of hands to help out.

I had a chat with a local childminder who is interested in working with me. I mainly need help with my mornings so I can get out and about with the littlies.

Can someone explain to me how this could work would I have to the same process as having an assistant? And what happens when she starts getting children of her own to look after?

Is she registered already? It would be like workjng with an assistant but the person would be a cm in their own rights - so own registration fee own insurance own inspection etc. what happens when she gets children if her own will be up to u- she can still childmind from ur house but then u will have to work out the extra costs having her extra children will be etc
