    Default partner as assistant

i registered my partner as an assistant because he works shifts so would be home alot of the time. meaning in bad weather little ones could stay with him while i do the school run, or so i thought................ his shifts are changing so i've done this for no reason! should i remove him or leave it? not sure now and need to decide before Ofsted do my pre-reg visit so i can tell them.
    any advice?

There's no harm him being on there - his shifts might change again.

I suggest you ask your inspector and take advice
