    Default smoking dh

my dh gave up smoking January the 1st.he turned thirty this year and heard that if you give up before your thirty you can undo the damage. he's found it hard and it's been stressful for both of us i gave up a year ago so i know it's not easy but he's started smoking this week so annoying as I'm the one that has to put up with the moody behavior when he gives up and just to start again ahhhhhhh. rant over thankyou for reading

My ex used to do that every new year - it lasted about 3 weeks of nightmarish behaviour then he'd start again

i recommend NLP to stop the moods if he does try again.

I stopped smoking 16 years ago with the help of accupuncture, my doctor placed a tiny, tiny, needle inside my ear which i had to twiddle when I wanted to smoke. I never smoked again and took it out after three weeks.

It takes 15 years for your lungs to return to normal, so I am now there

When we first met my husband also use to smoke regularly. I really hated it and am also allergic to smoke. I went on a trip to California for a month and when I got back he had given it up. I am so thankful I didn't have to go through that month because he said he was a nightmare to be around. But I am so happy that he did it and has stuck to it ever since.
